Little Paws

Little Paws is a multi-service companion for pet lovers.

The product unifies grooming, pet taxis, emergency vets, pet-friendly places, and community support into a single intuitive experience. This case study covers the end-to-end process: from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and final polished UI.

My role spanned product strategy, UX research, service blueprinting, and creating a cohesive design system ready for implementation.
